oke, sebelum gue melangkah lebih jauh, gue mau ngenalin apa sih ni blog, tentang apa dan kenapa gue bikin blog.
blog ini akan berisi tentang semua aktivitas jalan2, kuliner dan juga kesehari2an gue, entah itu dekat/jauh, dalam/luar negri, penting/tidak, enak/tidak hehehe.
I'm always hoping that one day I can be a truly backpacker and explore all over countries in the world. that's my dream.
and therefore, rasanya gue perlu berbagi cerita dan pengalaman yang saya alami selama saya melancong di belahan dunia. i've been to so many countries and i always think that there is a need for me to share those experiences.

oiya, hampir lupa menjelaskan kenapa gua milih nama "downright" untuk blog ini. alasanya karana keinginan gue untuk lebih menonjolkan 'kejujuran' dalam blog ini (sebagaimana Downright bisa di artikan "jujur") tentang apa yang gua alami selama ber traveling ria, makan dan hari2 gue. perlu di tegaskan, blog ini bukanlah layaknya sebuah brosur yang hanya menanmpangkan hal2 yang bagusnya saja tentang sebuah tempat, akan tetapi lebih dari itu. blog ini akan bercerita lebih apa adanya. jujur. :-)

the very first post to my career
okay, a bit confused about what should I do in the very first post like this.
hm... probably I have to introduce myself, who, where and why.
"who the heck are you?"
My name is Edo Fernandes, indonesian, 18 year old.
"right, and where do you live?"
since I was born until my age 17, I lived in Indonesia, Jakarta. then after which I moved and used to live in china, shanghai to continue my study. i have been living there for almost a year. It was splendid experiences. ultimately, this September (2011) I will be moving to Australia, Melbourne. also to continue my study there.
"why you moved from another place to another one, from another country to another country.... and why you made this blog?"
right, just let me keep it simple and short. the only reason why I moved from one place to another is just because I Love TRAVELLING and be around the world. someday, I'm always hoping that I can go to all over countries in the world or even another planet maybe :p.
then, for the second inquiry, I made this Blog due to I want to share everything that I've seen, been trough, done, felt while I am traveling. FYI, I have been to many countries as my dream always and wanted to be able to go to around the world and be a backpacker.
and someday this blog will be well-known and give much inspiration to people that also want to be a backpacker or love traveling.
